When sending us an announcement by e-mail please make sure that:
- The e-mail is coming from a previously registered e-mail
- The e-mail subject has only the license plate number in it and nothing else. You should use truck/trailer format with no spaces. E.g.: BG83849/AE93948
- The text body of the e-mail should not be empty. Please write us what service You request. E.g.: please issue T1 document for this shipment
- The e-mail contains at least one attachment
Sending an e-mail is simple
After successful submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation including the time of the declaration. This allows you to know exactly when entry to the terminal is permitted.
